My journey began in technology—as an IT Business Analyst, I learned to bridge business requirements with technical solutions. This foundation taught me systems thinking and the importance of understanding user needs within complex organizational contexts.

My 9+ years at Siemens transformed me from designer to leader. I scaled design organizations, built teams, established design systems, and integrated AI into enterprise products. I learned that leadership isn't about being the best designer—it's about building systems that elevate everyone's work.

The pivot to User Experience Design marked my commitment to human-centered design. At EY and Cognizant, I worked with global clients like JP Morgan, Intuit, and Huawei, gaining exposure to enterprise-scale challenges and cross-cultural design considerations.
